We were scammed by the owners/managers of
Mainstreet Hotel in Dietzenbach Germany.

After a 550 km drive from France to Dietzenbach, as we tried to get our room booked for 3 nights,
we were informed that there was NO COLD OR WARM WATER RUNNING
and that they had no idea when these issues were going to be fixed.

They refused to cancel our reservation, booking.com would not help either.

We were forced to book another hotel at 3x the price.

24 hours later we received a text from the hotel letting us know
that the water was running again.

Mainstreet Hotel IS NOT A HOTEL! Just some rooms in a building!

Up until today we have not received any apologies or a refund.
